BIOGRAPHY

Linda an award winning artist, teacher and designer was born in New York. She was a signature member of the Florida Watercolor Society and a board member of Art Center Sarasota. Her paintings are in major collections in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
She works in oil, acrylic and watercolor mediums applying many techniques to her art. Her vibrant and expressive paintings depict various subjects of the life and color of the culture of Mexico where she presently resides.
She is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and attended the Chicago Art Institute for post graduate work.
Linda was Director of Arts at the Buffalo YMCA and taught at the Knox-Albright Art Gallery. Other teaching experience include art instruction in the Cook and Dade county public school systems and workshop instructor at the Hilton Leech Art School in Sarasota Florida. She presently teaches private classes. Her works can be seen in Galleries in Ajijic, Puerta Vallerta and La Manzanilla and San Miguel del Allende Mexico. She is available for commissioned work and portraiture.
